Cook County offers the best level of online information for real estate issues and our law office uses many of these sites daily.   The Recorder’s page allows you to obtain copies of most documents recorded on Cook County properties since 1977.  The Assessor’s page offers a wealth of information on individual properties.  The Treasure’s page not only offers its real estate tax information, but its new portal combines key information from the Assessor, Recorder  and Treasures data bases.
